Job Description

Are you a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and a desire to build a rewarding career? Concentrix is seeking an enthusiastic Junior Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Gastown, Vancouver. This role is part of our dedicated Sales Career Path program, designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and mentorship needed to excel in the world of B2B sales. You will work closely with senior account executives to learn the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and nurturing client relationships. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Senior Account Executives in managing and growing client portfolios.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and sales opportunities.
  • Perform outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling and email outreach, to generate new leads.
  • Schedule and attend client meetings, both virtually and in-person, to present solutions and build rapport.
  • Help prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development programs.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for prospecting activities and pipeline generation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
