Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shopify Logistics Coordinator to join our growing e-commerce fulfillment team in Burnaby. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of online orders, leveraging your expertise in Shopify, ShipStation, and warehousing operations to meet our customers’ delivery expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily order fulfillment processes from our Shopify store, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Utilize ShipStation to generate shipping labels, track shipments, and manage carrier relationships effectively.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff for efficient picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records within Shopify and our internal systems, conducting regular audits as needed.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize logistics workflows and reduce shipping costs.
  • Resolve shipping discrepancies, customer inquiries related to orders, and logistics issues promptly.
  • Generate reports on shipping volumes, costs, and fulfillment metrics to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and company policies.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience with the Shopify e-commerce platform.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in ShipStation or similar shipping management software.
  • Solid understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management principles.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience with other ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Familiarity with various shipping carriers and their services.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
