Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective business clients using a provided script.
  • Introduce BT Group's products and services effectively and professionally.
  • Identify and qualify sales leads by understanding customer needs and pain points.
  • Record all call information accurately in the CRM system.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on service offerings.
  • Achieve daily and weekly call targets and lead generation goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
