Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with little to no prior experience, as a comprehensive script and full training will be provided. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to businesses, introducing BT’s innovative products and services, and generating qualified leads for our sales team. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective business clients using a provided script.
- Introduce BT Group's products and services effectively and professionally.
- Identify and qualify sales leads by understanding customer needs and pain points.
- Record all call information accurately in the CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on service offerings.
- Achieve daily and weekly call targets and lead generation goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Adhere to all company policies and compliance regulations.
