Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Salon Junior to join our dynamic team in Kitchener for Saturday shifts only. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals passionate about the beauty industry, eager to learn, and looking to gain valuable hands-on experience in a professional salon environment. You’ll play a crucial supporting role in ensuring the smooth operation of our busy Saturdays, contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and assist them with their needs upon arrival and departure.
- Prepare salon stations for stylists, ensuring they are clean and fully stocked.
- Shampoo clients' hair and provide comfortable head massages.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the salon, including sweeping, laundry, and sanitizing tools.
- Assist stylists with various tasks, such as mixing color, preparing treatments, and retrieving products.
- Help manage product inventory and display upkeep.
- Ensure client comfort by offering beverages and maintaining waiting area tidiness.
- Learn and adapt quickly to salon procedures and client service standards.
