Job Description
Join Ipsos as a Mystery Shopper in Fairbanks, AK and contribute to improving customer service standards across various industries. This flexible, part-time role allows you to work independently, visiting local businesses and evaluating their customer experience based on predefined criteria. You’ll provide valuable feedback that helps companies enhance their services and products. No prior experience or degree is required; we’re looking for individuals with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assigned mystery shopping visits to local businesses in Fairbanks, AK, adhering to specific instructions and scenarios.
- Observe and evaluate various aspects of the customer experience, including store cleanliness, product availability, staff friendliness, and service quality.
- Complete detailed and objective reports online within 24-48 hours of each visit, providing accurate and comprehensive feedback.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all assignment details and observed information.
- Adhere to deadlines and communicate effectively with project managers regarding assignment progress or any challenges encountered.
- Represent Ipsos professionally and discreetly during all interactions.
