Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic team at The Ivy Bath Brasserie. This is an incredible opportunity for a dedicated hospitality professional to oversee all operational aspects of our bustling establishment. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency, contributing to the continued success and reputation of The Ivy Collection.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of front-of-house staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, labor costs, and operational expenses, striving to meet budgetary goals.
- Implement and uphold service standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in every aspect of the dining experience.
- Collaborate with the kitchen management team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for team members.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a high-volume, quality restaurant or brasserie.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house procedures, inventory, and cost control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Formal qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field.
