Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail stores, restaurants, or service providers in German Village, Columbus.

- Objectively observe and evaluate customer service, store cleanliness, product availability, and staff adherence to brand standards.
- Complete detailed online reports accurately and promptly after each visit, providing honest feedback and observations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all assignments and findings.
- Adhere to all provided guidelines and instructions for each secret shop.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in high school.
- Excellent observation and attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills for clear report writing.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously.
- Access to reliable transportation (public or private) to assigned locations.
- Must be able to use a smartphone or computer for reporting.
