Job Description

Are you passionate about travel and eager to help others explore the world from the comfort of your home? Flight Centre New Zealand is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Remote Travel Booking Assistant to join our growing virtual team. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere with a stable internet connection. You will be instrumental in assisting clients with their travel arrangements, providing expert advice, and ensuring seamless booking experiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with booking flights, accommodation, car rentals, and other travel components.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on destinations, travel restrictions, and visa requirements.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, offering exceptional service.
  • Process bookings, modifications, and cancellations efficiently and accurately.
  • Utilise various booking systems and GDS platforms (where applicable) to secure optimal travel arrangements.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and travel itineraries.
  • Stay informed about current travel trends, promotions, and industry news.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive remote work environment.
