Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Remote Instagram Community Manager to join our growing team. This is a 100% remote role, offering the flexibility to work from home while making a significant impact on one of the world’s largest social media platforms. As an Instagram Community Manager, you will be the voice of our brand, fostering engagement, managing online conversations, and building a thriving community around our Instagram presence. You will monitor trends, respond to user inquiries, and collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure a consistent and authentic brand experience. This role is crucial for maintaining a positive brand image and strengthening our connection with our audience on Instagram.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute community engagement strategies for Instagram.
- Monitor Instagram channels for comments, mentions, and direct messages, responding promptly and appropriately.
- Identify and engage with key influencers, brand advocates, and emerging trends on Instagram.
- Curate and moderate user-generated content, ensuring brand guidelines are upheld.
- Collaborate with the content team to plan and schedule engaging posts and stories.
- Provide regular reports on community sentiment, growth, and engagement metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with Instagram's features, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Escalate critical issues and feedback to relevant internal teams.
- Foster a positive and inclusive community environment.

- Proven experience in social media management, specifically with Instagram.
