Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Member Service Representative to join our Corpus Christi team. As a Member Service Rep, you will be the first point of contact for our valued members, providing exceptional service and support in a low-stress, welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities
- Greet members warmly and provide a welcoming experience upon their arrival.
- Assist members with various transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
- Accurately process cash and check transactions while maintaining a balanced drawer.
- Answer member inquiries regarding accounts, services, and policies with patience and clarity.
- Identify member needs and introduce appropriate credit union products and services.
- Resolve member issues and concerns efficiently and courteously, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all member information and transactions.
- Adhere to all credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional service.

- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service, retail, or cash-handling role.
