Job Description
Join Salesforce as a Remote Google Advocate with a strong focus on Customer Experience. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our customers and Google’s powerful suite of tools and platforms, ensuring seamless integration and optimal utilization to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere within the UK. You will champion Google technologies within our client base, provide expert guidance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively identify opportunities for our customers to leverage Google solutions to elevate their customer interactions. Your deep understanding of both Google’s ecosystem and customer experience best practices will be crucial in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding Google product inquiries and integrations, with a strong focus on enhancing customer experience.
- Provide expert consultation and guidance on leveraging Google Workspace, Google Cloud Platform, and other relevant Google tools for improved customer engagement and operational efficiency.
- Proactively identify customer pain points related to Google products and collaborate with internal teams and Google support to resolve them promptly.
- Develop and deliver workshops, training sessions, and documentation to empower customers to maximize their use of Google technologies.
- Stay abreast of new Google product features, updates, and best practices, and communicate relevant information to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to product improvement and development strategies.
- Champion customer success and advocate for their needs within both Salesforce and Google ecosystems.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and advocacy.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Meet, etc.).
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services relevant to customer experience (e.g., AI/ML, data analytics).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
- Demonstrated passion for customer success and technology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Associate Cloud Engineer, Professional Collaboration Engineer).
- Experience with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce.
- Background in IT support, technical account management, or solution architecture.
- Understanding of data privacy and security best practices related to Google products.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
