Job Description
Join Microsoft as a Remote Chatbot Script Writer and contribute to the evolution of conversational AI. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and write compelling, clear, and concise scripts for various chatbot interactions, ensuring natural and engaging conversations.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, UX designers, and product managers to understand technical capabilities and user needs.
- Iterate on scripts based on user feedback, performance metrics, and evolving project requirements.
- Ensure brand consistency and tone of voice across all chatbot dialogues.
- Conduct thorough testing of chatbot dialogues to identify and rectify errors or areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the creation of best practices and guidelines for chatbot script writing.
