Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Operate cash register and process various payment methods accurately and efficiently.
- Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and provide assistance with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Scan and bag merchandise carefully to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Assist guests with self-checkout systems and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Support loss prevention efforts by following proper checkout procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and guest satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service or cash handling experience (not required, but a plus).
