Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Filing & Post Room Clerk to join our dynamic team in Glasgow. Key Responsibilities

  • Sort, distribute, and dispatch incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and internal correspondence promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain organised filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring documents are easily retrievable and securely stored.
  • Perform regular archiving and retrieval of files as requested by various departments.
  • Operate and maintain post room equipment, including franking machines, scanners, and photocopiers.
  • Assist with general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning, binding, and stationery management.
  • Liaise with external couriers and postal services to ensure timely delivery and collection.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the post room and filing areas.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including data protection and confidentiality guidelines.
