Job Description

Are you a culinary enthusiast with a flair for digital storytelling? Publix is seeking a passionate Recipe Content Developer specializing in Pinterest to join our creative team in Orlando. In this role, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing, developing, and optimizing engaging recipe content specifically tailored for the Pinterest platform. Your creativity will help inspire home cooks across the country, driving engagement and brand loyalty. You’ll work closely with our culinary experts, photographers, and marketing teams to bring delicious ideas to life visually and textually, ensuring our content is both mouth-watering and highly shareable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop original and engaging recipe content, including written instructions, ingredient lists, and compelling narratives, optimized for Pinterest.
  • Research and identify trending food topics, recipe categories, and Pinterest best practices to inform content strategy.
  • Collaborate with culinary teams to test and refine recipes, ensuring accuracy, deliciousness, and feasibility for home cooks.
  • Work with food photographers and videographers to capture high-quality visual assets that are aesthetically pleasing and Pinterest-ready.
  • Craft compelling pin descriptions, titles, and calls-to-action to maximize visibility and engagement on the platform.
  • Analyze Pinterest performance data and user feedback to continuously improve content strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with Pinterest algorithm changes, features, and evolving trends in food content and social media.
  • Ensure all content aligns with Publix brand guidelines, voice, and quality standards.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in content creation, specifically with recipe development or food blogging.
  • Demonstrable expertise in Pinterest as a content platform, including understanding of best practices for pinning, SEO, and audience engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong understanding of culinary concepts, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative team environment.
  • Proficiency with content management systems and basic image editing software.

Preferred Qualifications
