Job Description

Join Concentrix as a Customer Partner and become an integral part of our team, supporting a leading technology client. In this role, you will be the frontline for customer interaction, providing exceptional support and building lasting relationships. We are seeking passionate individuals eager to learn and grow within a dynamic customer service environment, dedicated to resolving inquiries and enhancing user satisfaction for innovative tech products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert customer support for a range of technology products and services via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, guiding customers through solutions with clear and concise instructions.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering a professional and empathetic service experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, system changes, and procedural updates to provide accurate information.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute to process enhancements.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer navigation and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated empathy and patience when interacting with customers.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, tech support, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
  • Passion for technology and a desire to help others understand and utilize tech products.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
