Job Description

Fish Window Cleaning is seeking a dedicated and reliable Mobile Window Washer to join our Springfield team. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, have a keen eye for detail, and appreciate a flexible schedule. You will be responsible for providing top-quality window cleaning services to our valued residential clients across a local route. We provide all the necessary training and equipment; all you need is a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform exterior and interior window cleaning for residential properties using professional tools and techniques.
- Safely operate company vehicles to travel between client locations on a pre-determined route.
- Interact professionally and courteously with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the service.
- Maintain all equipment in good working order and ensure vehicles are clean and stocked.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Manage time efficiently to complete daily routes within schedule.
- Report any issues or concerns to the team lead promptly.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily route effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, kneeling, and working on ladders.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in window cleaning or a related outdoor service role.
- Familiarity with the Springfield, MO area.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
