Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Fleet Driver to join our team in Fairbanks, AK. This critical role ensures the safe, timely, and comfortable transportation of executives, clients, and VIPs, adhering strictly to corporate standards of professionalism, discretion, and vehicle maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional driving skills, a strong commitment to punctuality, and a keen eye for detail in vehicle presentation and upkeep. You will represent Lynden Inc. in all interactions, embodying our commitment to quality and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport executives, clients, and other personnel to various destinations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and impeccable presentation of all assigned fleet vehicles, both interior and exterior.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring all systems are in optimal working order.
- Manage vehicle scheduling, maintenance logs, and fuel records accurately.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations at all times.
- Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all interactions and tasks.
- Plan efficient routes, considering traffic, weather conditions, and executive schedules.
- Assist with minor vehicle repairs or coordinate with maintenance departments for servicing as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service and a comfortable experience for all passengers.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in an executive or corporate capacity.
- Excellent knowledge of local geography (Fairbanks and surrounding areas) and efficient route planning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Impeccable punctuality and time management abilities.
- High degree of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and troubleshooting.
- Comfortable with flexible scheduling, including evenings or weekends as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Defensive driving certification or advanced driver training.
- Experience with luxury or executive vehicle fleets.
- Basic mechanical knowledge for routine vehicle maintenance.
