Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Warehouse Hand to join our team in Uptown Dallas. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the accurate and safe handling of pharmaceutical products within a strictly temperature-controlled environment. This position requires a strong commitment to quality, compliance, and efficiency in all aspects of warehouse operations. You will be instrumental in ensuring that vital medications and healthcare products are stored, picked, packed, and shipped according to stringent regulatory guidelines and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, unpack, and store incoming pharmaceutical products, verifying quantities against invoices and identifying any discrepancies.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and efficiently to move materials.
  • Maintain strict adherence to temperature control protocols for all temperature-sensitive products, including monitoring and recording environmental conditions.
  • Perform accurate order picking and packing for outbound shipments, ensuring correct product, quantity, and documentation.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies, reporting issues to supervisors.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company sanitation standards.
  • Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures related to pharmaceutical handling and safety.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring products are handled with care to prevent damage.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
  • Basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking and data entry.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical handling or temperature-controlled environments.
  • Experience with inventory management systems.
  • Forklift certification (preferred, but not required for all roles).
