Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and business customers using your personal vehicle.
- Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
- Scan and log packages accurately using a provided handheld device.
- Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle suitable for package delivery.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Communicate any delivery issues or concerns to dispatch promptly.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Proof of personal vehicle insurance.
- Reliable personal vehicle suitable for package delivery (e.g., sedan, SUV, minivan).
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with the Pomona area.
- Customer service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage a delivery route effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in delivery driving or a similar role.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and smartphone applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
