Job Description
Are you a student looking for flexible weekend work that fits your academic schedule? Target in Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Part-time Student Team as ‘Weekend Warriors’. This role is perfect for students who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and are available to work primarily on Saturdays and Sundays. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our store runs smoothly, providing excellent guest service, and maintaining a well-stocked and organized shopping experience. Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with product inquiries, locating items, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout registers.
- Help with merchandising, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean sales floor.
- Support inventory management by assisting with deliveries, backroom organization, and product replenishment.
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all guests and team members.
- Perform general store upkeep duties as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Required Skills
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to work primarily on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent guest service.
- Reliable and punctual.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience.
- Enrollment in a high school or college program.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a team.
