Job Description

Concentrix is seeking an Online Virtual Team Coordinator to manage our remote workforce, ensuring seamless operations and high team morale from the comfort of your home. This 100% remote role involves coordinating daily activities, facilitating communication, and providing support to a distributed team. You will be instrumental in maintaining a connected and efficient virtual office, ensuring our remote employees have the resources and support they need to excel. This is a crucial role for a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic, online setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily team activities and schedules for remote employees.
- Facilitate effective communication channels within the virtual team, utilizing various online platforms.
- Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement or additional support.
- Assist with the virtual onboarding process for new remote hires.
- Organize and schedule virtual meetings, workshops, and team-building activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for remote team members regarding operational inquiries and support needs.
- Maintain accurate records of team activities, attendance, and project progress.
- Implement and optimize virtual collaboration tools and best practices.
- Address and resolve minor technical or operational issues experienced by remote staff.
