Job Description

Are you a highly organized, tech-savvy professional with a strong command of Google Workspace? Do you thrive on supporting multiple clients and managing diverse tasks from the comfort of your home? BELAY is seeking a dedicated Remote Google Virtual Assistant to join our network of elite professionals. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to provide exceptional administrative and operational support to a portfolio of clients, utilizing Google’s suite of tools. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements using Google Calendar.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and spreadsheets using Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Handle email correspondence and communication, maintaining organized inboxes with Gmail.
  • Conduct online research and compile reports on various topics as needed by clients.
  • Assist with project coordination, task tracking, and deadline management within Google Workspace.
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, file organization, and system optimization.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and anticipating future requirements.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all client interactions and information.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual assistant capacity.
