Job Description

In this performance-based role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking customer orders, ensuring they are prepared for timely delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately select products from warehouse shelves using voice-picking technology or scanning devices.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently (training provided).
- Assemble customer orders according to specified pick tickets and ensure correct product count and quality.
- Wrap and stage completed orders for shipping, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform pre-shift inspections of equipment and report any malfunctions.
- Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy targets as part of our performance-based pay structure.
- Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment, including standing, walking, lifting, and bending for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting and moving products weighing up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math skills for counting and verifying orders.
- Reliable transportation and a strong attendance record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
- Experience operating powered industrial trucks (e.g., electric pallet jack, forklift).
- Familiarity with voice-picking systems or RF scanners.
