Job Description

Join Redstone Federal Credit Union as a Member Service Representative in our Huntsville branch! We’re looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate individual to be the first point of contact for our valued members. In this friendly, low-stress environment, you’ll assist members with their banking needs, answer inquiries, and provide information on our products and services. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet members warmly and provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
  • Assist members with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution.
  • Open new accounts and process loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Educate members on credit union products and services that meet their financial needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all credit union policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Process cash and check transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Resolve member complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and positive branch environment.

Required Skills

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a financial institution or customer service role.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
