Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Nurse Assistant to join our vibrant team in Canterbury. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about early years education who are eager to learn and grow within a supportive environment. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided. You will play a vital role in assisting our qualified nursery nurses, engaging children in stimulating activities, and helping to maintain a safe and nurturing atmosphere. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist qualified nursery staff in planning and delivering engaging educational activities.
  • Support children during play, learning, and meal times, ensuring their safety and well-being.

  • Observe and contribute to children's developmental progress, under the guidance of senior staff.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
