Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and accurately label conversational data to identify user intent, entities, and sentiment.
- Provide clear, concise, and constructive feedback to enhance AI model performance and data collection processes.
- Identify and document patterns, ambiguities, and nuances in human language to refine AI understanding.
- Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to improve natural language processing (NLP) algorithms.
- Maintain high standards of data quality and consistency across all annotation tasks.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and human-computer interaction.
- Contribute to the development of annotation guidelines and best practices.
Required Skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of human language and communication subtleties.
