Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dynamic team. As an RN, you will provide direct patient care, advocate for patients, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal health outcomes. Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and adverse reactions.
  • Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring their rights are respected and their needs are met.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to maintain licensure and enhance clinical skills.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and discharge planning.

Required Skills

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Missouri.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical nursing experience.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (depending on specialty).
  • Specialty certification (e.g., CCRN, OCN, CEN).
  • Experience in a similar acute care hospital setting.
