Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Night Owl Crew at our Finnieston store in Glasgow. This role is crucial for ensuring our store is perfectly stocked, clean, and ready for our customers each morning. Working from 11pm to 7am, you will play a vital part in maintaining our high standards of product availability and store presentation. We offer a premium pay differential for these hours, recognising the unique commitment of our night team. Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently unload deliveries and accurately stock shelves according to planograms.
  • Ensure all products are faced up, priced correctly, and rotated to minimise waste.
  • Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and hygiene throughout the shift.
  • Operate balers and other equipment safely and responsibly.
  • Assist with stock counts and inventory management as required.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve daily targets and store objectives.

Required Skills

  • Ability to work consistently during night hours (11pm-7am).
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for long periods.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of health and safety practices in a retail environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment.
  • Familiarity with stock rotation and merchandising principles.
  • Experience with operating pallet trucks or similar equipment (training provided).
