Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative digital outreach campaigns to promote Netflix content, original productions, and brand initiatives across social media, forums, and online communities.
- Act as a proactive and engaging representative of Netflix online, fostering positive interactions and responding thoughtfully to audience inquiries and comments.
- Monitor social media trends, conversations, competitor activities, and online sentiment to identify opportunities, potential risks, and areas for enhanced engagement.
- Create compelling, on-brand digital content, including text, image concepts, and short video ideas, tailored for specific platform audiences.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital outreach activities, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing, content, PR, and social media teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with broader company goals.
- Identify and engage with key online influencers, fan communities, and content creators to expand Netflix's digital footprint and reach.
- Stay informed about new digital platforms, tools, and best practices to continually evolve Netflix's digital outreach strategy.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, community management, or brand ambassadorship.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a native-level command of English (US English).
- Deep understanding of major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, YouTube) and current digital trends.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging, shareable, and brand-consistent digital content.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, measure campaign performance, and derive actionable insights.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized with a genuine passion for entertainment and the Netflix brand.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative member of a diverse team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a closely related field.
- Experience with social media management tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Google Analytics), and CRM systems.
- Prior success in building and nurturing online communities or driving significant digital engagement for a well-known consumer brand.
- Familiarity with Netflix's extensive content library, target demographics, and brand voice.
- Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish, is a significant advantage given the diverse audience in California and globally.
