Job Description

The London Brow Company is offering a unique opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our prestigious team as a Microblading Apprentice. This paid mentorship program is designed for aspiring artists with little to no experience, providing comprehensive training from our master technicians. You will learn the art and science of microblading, client consultation, hygiene protocols, and business operations, all while gaining invaluable hands-on experience in a luxurious studio environment. Key Responsibilities
- Undergo intensive training in microblading techniques, skin anatomy, color theory, and facial mapping.
- Assist senior artists during client consultations and microblading procedures.
- Maintain strict hygiene and sterilization protocols for equipment and workstations.
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all supplies are stocked and organized.
- Learn and practice client communication, aftercare instructions, and booking procedures.
- Shadow master technicians, observing and assisting with all aspects of client interaction and service delivery.
- Actively participate in workshops, continuous learning, and skill development sessions.
