Job Description
We are seeking a professional and experienced Limo Driver to join our team directly. This is a full-time, direct hire position – not through a staffing agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, excellent customer service skills, and a thorough knowledge of the Olathe and greater Kansas City area. You will be responsible for transporting clients in luxury vehicles, ensuring a comfortable, safe, and punctual experience for all passengers. Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate luxury vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, and stretch limousines, for various client needs.
- Transport clients to their destinations punctually and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with luggage and ensuring their comfort throughout the journey.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Keep vehicles clean and well-maintained, both interior and exterior.
- Navigate routes effectively using GPS and local knowledge to avoid delays.
- Handle client inquiries and special requests courteously and professionally.
- Maintain accurate trip logs and records as required.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Chauffeur's license or equivalent commercial driver's license (CDL) as required by state/local regulations.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in luxury transportation.
- Excellent knowledge of Olathe and the greater Kansas City metropolitan area.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Punctual, reliable, and highly organized.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with high-end clientele and corporate accounts.
- Familiarity with luxury vehicle models and their features.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
