Job Description
As a Junior Google Executive Assistant working remotely, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to one or more senior executives, ensuring seamless operations and efficient management of their professional lives. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from your home office while remaining an integral part of the Google team. You will be instrumental in managing complex schedules, coordinating communications, and supporting various projects, contributing directly to the success of our leadership. Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences across different time zones.
- Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and logistics.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with high accuracy and professionalism.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files, ensuring information is readily accessible and confidential.
- Act as a primary liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, managing communication flow.
- Assist with expense reports, budget tracking, and other financial administrative tasks.
- Support project coordination and follow-up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all interactions and with sensitive information.
- Facilitate remote team communication and collaboration using Google Workspace tools.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative or executive assistant experience.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other relevant collaboration tools.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and efficiently in a 100% remote environment.
- High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proven problem-solving skills and a strong ability to adapt to new challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience supporting executives in a fast-paced technology or internet services company.
- Familiarity with project management software and methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams.
