Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Google Media Planner with a strong, high-energy ad focus to join our innovative team. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere within the UK. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing Google media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring they align with client objectives and deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, App campaigns) and a passion for driving performance through strategic planning and precise execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Google media strategies and plans aligned with client goals.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video (YouTube), and App channels.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings and recommendations to clients.
  • Stay abreast of the latest Google Ads features, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with account managers, creative teams, and analytics specialists.
  • Manage media budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Identify new opportunities for client growth and innovation within the Google ecosystem.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign planning and optimization.
  • Proven expertise in Google Search Ads, Google Display Network, and YouTube Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Video, Shopping).
  • Experience with other programmatic platforms or demand-side platforms (DSPs).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience working in an agency environment or managing multiple client accounts.
