Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Apple Inventory Specialist with a strong focus on back-of-house operations to join our team in North Las Vegas, NV. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the efficient management of all Apple product inventory, ensuring accuracy, security, and optimal stock levels within our facility. This position is vital for supporting sales and service operations by maintaining a seamless flow of products from receiving to dispatch. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming Apple product shipments, verifying against purchase orders and resolving discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom and inventory areas, ensuring products are stored safely, efficiently, and in compliance with Apple's standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify any variances.
- Process product returns, transfers, and repairs in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare products for dispatch, including packing, labeling, and coordinating with logistics for timely delivery.
- Operate inventory management systems and related software to track stock movements and generate reports.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the back-of-house area.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and leadership teams to address inventory needs and support operational goals.
- Adhere to all security protocols to protect company assets and prevent loss.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory management, retail operations, or a warehouse environment.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and basic computer applications.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Apple products or in a consumer electronics environment.
- Familiarity with Apple's inventory systems or similar ERP software.
- Experience operating pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment.
- Associate's degree or relevant certification in logistics or supply chain management.
