Job Description
Are you looking to kickstart your career in construction but don’t have a CSCS card? No problem! Graham Construction is actively seeking enthusiastic and hardworking Construction Labourers to join our dynamic team in Prince Albert, SK. We believe in investing in our people, which is why we will cover the cost of your CSCS card training and certification to ensure you’re ready to contribute safely and effectively on site. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to learn new skills, gain invaluable experience, and become part of a supportive crew that builds exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general labour duties on construction sites, including site cleanup and organization.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.) with various tasks.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Dig trenches, clear debris, and prepare work areas as directed.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, wearing appropriate PPE at all times.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Support the team in achieving project milestones and deadlines.
- Participate in daily safety briefings and contribute to a safety-first culture.

- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labour.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications
