Job Description

Are you a master of understanding public sentiment? Ipsos is seeking a highly analytical and experienced Concentrix Sentiment Guru with a strong focus on Market Research to join our dynamic, remote-first team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the analysis and interpretation of sentiment data across various sources to provide actionable insights for our clients. You will leverage advanced analytical techniques and tools to uncover consumer opinions, attitudes, and emotional responses, directly impacting strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of sentiment analysis projects for diverse market research initiatives.
  • Utilize advanced natural language processing (NLP) tools and methodologies to extract sentiment from unstructured data (e.g., social media, customer reviews, survey open-ends).
  • Interpret complex sentiment data, identify key trends, emerging issues, and emotional drivers.
  • Develop and present clear, concise, and actionable reports and visualizations to internal teams and external clients.
  • Collaborate with market research strategists, data scientists, and client service teams to integrate sentiment insights into broader research findings.
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend new sentiment analysis tools, technologies, and best practices.
  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship on sentiment analysis techniques and applications.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends in market research, sentiment analysis, and artificial intelligence.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in market research, data analysis, or a related field with a strong focus on sentiment analysis.
  • Proficiency in sentiment analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Qualtrics, custom NLP solutions).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in report generation and data visualization.
  • Solid understanding of market research methodologies and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Marketing, Psychology, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and NLP tasks.
  • Familiarity with machine learning models for text classification and sentiment prediction.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role within market research or consulting.
  • Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
