Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Commercial Window Cleaner for ground-level work in Copper Cliff, ON. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, value early finishes, and take pride in delivering sparkling results. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of commercial property windows, primarily from ground level using appropriate tools and techniques. No experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training. We emphasize safety, efficiency, and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean commercial building windows from ground level using squeegees, scrubbers, and other hand tools.
- Ensure all windows are thoroughly cleaned, streak-free, and presentable.
- Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Adhere to company standards for quality and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work area.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Required Skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical fitness to stand, walk, bend, and lift equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning or outdoor physical labor.
- Valid G-class driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of basic window cleaning techniques and equipment.
- WHMIS or other safety certifications.
