Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our thriving wellness center in Kelowna. This full-time position offers stable daily hours, providing an excellent opportunity to be an integral part of our patient care team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic, enhancing patient experience, and supporting our chiropractors in delivering exceptional care. Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and follow-ups effectively.
- Greet patients warmly, assist with intake forms, and prepare them for treatment.
- Assist chiropractors with patient flow and treatment room preparation.
- Educate patients on home care exercises, therapies, and wellness programs as directed.
- Handle administrative tasks including filing, record keeping, and managing patient accounts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
- Order and maintain clinic supplies.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all clinic policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical office, chiropractic clinic, or wellness center.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
