Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner, directing inquiries to pharmacists as needed.
- Processing customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Managing prescription pick-up and drop-off processes, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Maintaining inventory by receiving, stocking, and organizing medications and other pharmacy products.
- Answering phone calls, directing calls, and taking messages for pharmacy staff.
- Ensuring the pharmacy area remains clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and preparing prescription orders for delivery or pickup.
- Collaborating effectively with the pharmacy team to provide seamless service.
Required Skills
