Job Description

In this critical role, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders, ensuring data integrity, and supporting our operational efficiency from the comfort of your home office. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter customer orders into our internal systems, ensuring all details are correct and complete.
  • Verify order information for discrepancies, missing data, or errors and communicate with relevant departments for clarification.
  • Maintain and update customer records and order databases with precision.
  • Process order changes, cancellations, and returns as required.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Generate reports on order status and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data entry and order processing.
  • Respond to internal inquiries regarding order status and related information in a timely manner.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in data entry or order processing (minimum 6 months).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
  • Previous experience in a remote work environment.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific terminology relevant to order processing.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new software and processes.
