Job Description
Join ReeceNichols Real Estate as a Real Estate Marketing Flyer Distributor and become an essential part of our local marketing efforts. This active role is perfect for individuals who enjoy being outdoors, are highly organized, and are dedicated to ensuring our marketing materials reach potential clients efficiently. You will be responsible for distributing flyers and other promotional materials for property listings and company services across designated neighborhoods in Manhattan, KS. This is a crucial role in increasing our brand visibility and supporting our sales teams in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a strong work ethic and the ability to consistently perform physical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently distribute real estate marketing flyers and promotional materials to residential properties within assigned routes.
- Adhere to designated walking routes and distribution schedules, ensuring timely completion.
- Ensure accurate and neat placement of flyers, respecting private property and local regulations.
- Report any issues with routes, materials, or public property to the marketing coordinator promptly.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while representing ReeceNichols Real Estate.
- Track distributed materials and provide daily activity reports to demonstrate progress.
- Ensure marketing materials are always well-stocked and ready for distribution tasks.
Required Skills
- Ability to walk extensive routes for several hours daily in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to complete routes efficiently.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently without constant supervision.
- Strong attention to detail regarding flyer placement and adherence to guidelines.
- Access to reliable transportation to reach starting points of various routes within Manhattan, KS.
Preferred Qualifications
