Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Entry-Level Factory Production Workers to join our dynamic team in Richmond Hill, Ontario. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to start a career in manufacturing with one of the world’s largest automotive suppliers. You will be an integral part of our production line, responsible for various tasks that ensure the efficient manufacturing of high-quality automotive components. This role requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, including days, afternoons, and nights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate various production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Assemble automotive parts and components according to established procedures and quality standards.
  • Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Monitor production processes and report any issues or defects to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets.

Required Skills

  • Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 25 lbs (11 kg).
  • Basic mechanical aptitude.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
  • Commitment to working rotating shifts (days, afternoons, nights).

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (even if informal).
  • Familiarity with safety procedures in a factory setting.
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
