Are you observant, reliable, and passionate about great customer service? IntelliShop is looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Secret Shopper to join our team in Naperville, IL. As a Secret Shopper, you will visit assigned retail locations, restaurants, or service providers, interact with staff as a regular customer, and then provide comprehensive, objective feedback based on your experience. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct unannounced visits to assigned businesses as a regular customer.
