Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and efficient Car Valeter to join our busy fleet operations near Brighton. This role is crucial for maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation of our vehicles for airport customers. If you have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. This is a full-time position offering a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to be part of a friendly and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning of a wide range of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and waxing.
- Ensure all vehicles meet Enterprise's strict quality and cleanliness standards before customer collection.
- Inspect vehicles for any damage and report findings to the management team.
- Manage and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used efficiently and safely.
- Assist with moving and parking vehicles within the fleet area as required.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure a smooth and efficient turnaround of vehicles.
Required Skills
- Valid UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in car valeting or a similar automotive cleaning role.
- Experience working in an airport or high-volume vehicle environment.
- Knowledge of various cleaning products and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
