Job Description
We are seeking a highly energetic and efficient Buffet Line Replenishment Runner to join our dynamic food and beverage team. In this fast-paced role, you will be crucial in ensuring our buffet lines are consistently stocked, clean, and appealing to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to swiftly and discreetly replenish food items, maintain cleanliness standards, and assist the kitchen and front-of-house staff as needed, ensuring a seamless dining experience for all patrons. This position requires quick thinking, physical stamina, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor buffet lines regularly to identify and proactively replenish depleted food items, beverages, and serving utensils.
- Transport food from the kitchen to the buffet area efficiently and safely, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the buffet area, including wiping down surfaces, changing soiled linens, and promptly addressing spills.
- Assist culinary and serving staff with setup and breakdown of buffet stations.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding food quantities and preparation needs.
- Ensure all food items are correctly labeled and displayed according to presentation standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously to requests.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Strong physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service environment.
