Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any additional requests.
- Handle cash and card payments accurately, processing transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and bar.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
