Job Description

As a Bank Lobby Ambassador focusing on Customer Experience, you are the welcoming face of Fifth Third Bank. Your primary role is to create an exceptional first impression for every client entering our branch, ensuring a seamless and positive banking experience. You will be instrumental in directing clients to the appropriate resources, assisting with basic service needs, and embodying our commitment to outstanding customer service. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping people and eager to start a career in the banking industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet all clients and visitors entering the bank lobby, providing a friendly and professional welcome.
  • Efficiently direct clients to the appropriate banking services, tellers, or personal bankers based on their needs.
  • Proactively identify and address client needs, offering assistance with self-service options such as ATMs, online banking, and mobile app usage.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bank lobby and customer service areas.
  • Answer general inquiries and provide basic information about Fifth Third Bank's products and services.
  • Observe and report any security concerns or unusual activities within the branch.
  • Collaborate with branch team members to ensure a cohesive and high-quality client experience.
