Job Description
Join Cardinal Health as a Pharmaceutical Courier for our high-security, 100% indoor operations. This critical role involves the secure and meticulous handling of sensitive pharmaceutical products within our state-of-the-art facility. You will be responsible for the precise movement, verification, and storage of medical supplies, ensuring strict adherence to all security protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. This is an essential position that plays a vital part in maintaining the integrity of our pharmaceutical supply chain, directly impacting patient safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and securely transport pharmaceutical products within a controlled indoor environment.
- Verify product counts, batch numbers, and expiry dates against manifests and inventory systems.
- Operate specialized equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, push carts) for product movement.
- Adhere strictly to all high-security protocols and controlled substance handling procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area.
- Report any discrepancies, security breaches, or product damage immediately.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient workflow.
- Participate in ongoing training for security, safety, and product handling.
- Comply with all federal, state, and company regulations related to pharmaceutical distribution.
Required Skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
