In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment, ensuring products arrive safely and on time. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order sheets or scanner instructions.
- Carefully pack items into appropriate boxes or containers, ensuring secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify product counts and quality before packing to ensure order accuracy.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory and update order status.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and understand basic instructions in English.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items for extended periods.
- Capability to lift up to 49 pounds regularly, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications
